Alicia Alliance Church (AAC) invites the whole church family and friends of the ministry to a historic first: The Dawn Watch Prayer & AAC 1st Church Leadership Summit — a landmark gathering where we seek Christ together as Savior, Sanctifier, Healer, and Coming King, and align our hearts for the Disciple-Making Journey (DMJ) ahead.

Dawn Watch Prayer: Seeking God at the Breaking of Day

As the day begins, we will come together in early morning corporate prayer, humbly seeking God’s presence and direction for AAC and our wider community. In this Dawn Watch Prayer, we unite around the Cross, interceding for families, ministries, and future church plants, asking the Lord to awaken fresh hunger for His Word and His mission.

This is a Discover and Mature moment in the DMJ arc — a space where those exploring who Christ is, and those already walking with Him, can together listen, repent, surrender, and receive renewed grace for the work ahead.

1st Church Leadership Summit: Equipping Disciple-Makers

Following the Dawn Watch, AAC will host its 1st Church Leadership Summit — our first-ever formal gathering focused on equipping and aligning church leaders around the DMJ framework: Discover, Mature, Journey. Pastors, ministry heads, small group leaders, emerging leaders, and faithful volunteers will come together to sharpen our vision, strengthen our unity, and clarify our next steps in disciple-making.

This Summit is a vital Mature and Journey moment — where leadership is shaped not for titles, but for service: to model Christ-like character, nurture discipling relationships, and help the whole church move “from the Cross to the Commission” in the power of the Holy Spirit.

The Dawn Watch Prayer & AAC 1st Church Leadership Summit marks a landmark turning point for Alicia Alliance Church. Never before have we gathered in this way — combining focused corporate prayer at dawn with a dedicated leadership summit in one unified event.

We believe the Lord is preparing AAC for deeper discipleship, stronger community life, and broader mission impact across Alicia and beyond. As we pray and plan together, we look ahead in faith to new DMJ pathways, strengthened ministries, and Spirit-led initiatives that will help us live out our calling to be #EmpoweredBelievers and see #TransformedCommunities as we #ProclaimChrist.
