Empowered to Serve is Alicia Alliance Church's flagship discipleship program — equipping believers to Discover their identity in Christ, Mature through hands-on ministry, and Journey into their communities as agents of transformation. Because an empowered believer doesn't just grow — they go.
Rooted in the Fourfold Gospel of Jesus as Savior, Sanctifier, Healer, and Coming King, Empowered to Serve helps you live a whole-life response to who Christ is — moving step by step from the Cross to the Commission.
The DMJ Journey: Discover, Mature, Journey
Discover Christ
Finding your identity, purpose, and salvation at the foot of the Cross. In this phase, you meet Jesus as Savior and begin to understand what it means that He is also your Sanctifier, Healer, and Coming King.
- Clear teaching on who Jesus is and what He has done.
- Safe spaces to ask questions and wrestle with faith.
- Guided practices to help you start hearing God through His Word.
Mature in Christ
Growing through community, the Word, and holistic ministry. Here you deepen your life with Jesus as Sanctifier and Healer, allowing the Holy Spirit to shape your character and your calling.
- Interactive Bible engagement and theological grounding.
- Small groups for accountability and encouragement.
- Coaching to discern your spiritual gifts and ministry fit.
Journey with Christ
Going into Alicia and beyond as a disciple who makes disciples. You learn to walk with Jesus as Coming King, joining His mission to renew lives, neighborhoods, and nations.
