At Alicia Alliance Church, the Disciple-Making Journey moves from Discover to Mature to Journey, always taking us from the Cross to the Commission with Jesus as Savior, Sanctifier, Healer, and Coming King.

What Does Maturity Look Like?
Spiritual maturity is not about having it all together. It is about a growing, honest, and obedient walk with Jesus Christ that shapes every part of life. At AAC, we describe maturity through four pillars.
Rooted in the Word
Mature disciples build their lives on Scripture. Through daily Bible reading, Christ-centered preaching, and sound teaching, we learn to recognize God’s voice and align our decisions with His truth.
Connected in Community
We grow best together. Through small groups, mentoring, and accountability, we share real stories, carry one another’s burdens, and practice the “one anothers” of Scripture in everyday life.
Shaped by Worship
Maturity means learning to worship in every season. Together in Sunday gatherings and alone in quiet moments, we respond to God with praise, confession, and surrender, trusting Christ as Savior, Sanctifier, Healer, and Coming King.
Equipped for Ministry
Mature believers discover and use their spiritual gifts for the good of the church and the world. As we serve in holistic ministry — word and deed, prayer and presence — our faith becomes action and our communities are transformed.

Small Groups & Classes
Weekly small groups and discipleship classes create space to study Scripture, ask honest questions, and apply God’s Word together. Whether you are new to the faith or have followed Jesus for years, there is a place for you to belong and grow.
Many of these environments are specifically designed around the DMJ, helping you move from Discover to Mature to Journey alongside others.
Discipleship Tracks
Structured discipleship tracks provide clear pathways for growth: foundations of the faith, spiritual disciplines, understanding the Fourfold Gospel, and learning to live “From the Cross to the Commission.”
Our flagship Empowered to Serve pathway helps you discover your gifts, deepen your walk with the Holy Spirit, and step into Spirit-led ministry in your everyday life.
Pastoral Care & Mentoring
Life with Christ includes seasons of joy, confusion, and pain. Our pastors and ministry leaders walk with you through prayer, counsel, and one-on-one mentoring so that every season becomes an opportunity for deeper trust and healing in Christ.
Ministry & Serving Teams
From worship and prayer teams to community outreach and care ministries, AAC offers many ways to serve. As you practice ministry alongside others, you will see God work through you and in you, forming you as a servant-hearted disciple.

Spiritual maturity is not perfection. It is steady direction toward Jesus. Here are honest markers that the Holy Spirit is growing you, even when you still feel unfinished.
- You hunger for God’s Word and are learning to let Scripture shape your decisions, not just your opinions.
- You invite trusted believers into your life, allowing them to encourage you, challenge you, and pray with you.
- You notice conviction more quickly and are quicker to confess, repent, and receive Christ’s forgiveness.
- You are learning to worship in both joy and hardship, trusting Jesus as Savior, Sanctifier, Healer, and Coming King.
- You are discovering and using your gifts to serve others, not just to attend events.
- You care more about who you are becoming in Christ than about how you are being seen by others.
- You sense God’s heart for your neighbors, workplace, and city, and you want your everyday life to reflect His love.
