Alliance Women Philippines (AWP) is a community of women from the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in the Philippines, growing deeper in God's Word, standing together in prayer, and living out the gospel in everyday life.
About Alliance Women Philippines
Alliance Women Philippines (AWP) is the women's ministry of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in the Philippines, serving alongside Alicia Alliance Church and other Alliance congregations. United by a shared love for Christ and His Church, we seek to see women equipped as disciples who make disciples—grounded in Scripture, strengthened in faith, and active in the life of the local church.
Our heart is to cultivate a Christ-centered community where women of every season—students, single professionals, mothers, widows, and elders—can find encouragement, friendship, and meaningful opportunities to serve. As we grow together, we desire that our lives reflect the hope of the gospel in our homes, workplaces, and communities.
Our Mission
As part of Alicia Alliance Church's commitment to discipleship, community engagement, and spiritual growth, Alliance Women Philippines exists to help women know Christ deeply, follow Him faithfully, and serve His Church joyfully. We pursue this mission by:
- Rooting women in God's Word through intentional discipleship relationships and Bible-centered learning.
- Building authentic community where women are seen, heard, and encouraged in their unique callings.
- Mobilizing women to engage their families, church, and community with the love and truth of the gospel.
- Partnering with the wider ministries of Alicia Alliance Church to support its vision and mission.
Key Ministry Activities
Through simple, relational, and Spirit-led gatherings, AWP creates spaces where women can grow as followers of Jesus and participate in the life of Alicia Alliance Church and other Alliance churches in the Philippines.
Prayer Gatherings
Regular prayer meetings where women intercede for their families, church, community, and the nation. These gatherings are a place to strengthen faith, share burdens, and celebrate God's faithfulness together.
Discipleship Circles
Small groups focused on Bible study, life-on-life mentoring, and practical application of God's Word. Women are encouraged to grow as disciples who, in turn, walk alongside others in their spiritual journey.
Fellowship & Care
Gatherings, retreats, and simple times of fellowship that create safe, welcoming spaces for women to share stories, pray together, and support one another through life's seasons.
Community Outreach
Intentional service and gospel witness in the community—such as visits, mercy ministries, and partnership with church-wide outreach initiatives—so that women can live out their faith in tangible ways.
